Section 6.5-403 - Prohibited activities - Allowing others to provide services without license(a) A person may not allow an individual to provide services as a stationary engineer if the individual does not hold an appropriate license issued by the Board.(b) A person may not allow an individual to provide services as a stationary engineer outside the scope of that individual's license grade.
