Section 6.5-306 - Administration of examinations(a) The Board may use a testing service to administer the examination required under this subtitle.(b) If the Board uses a testing service, the testing service, subject to the requirements set by the Board, shall:(1) set the time and place of the examination;(2) give qualified applicants notice of the time and place of the examination;(3) charge an examination fee not to exceed the cost of administering the examination; and(4) furnish any information that the Board may require the testing service to provide.
