Section 5-207 - Miscellaneous powers and duties(a) In addition to any powers set forth elsewhere, the Board may administer oaths.(b) In addition to any duties set forth elsewhere, the Board shall:(2) keep a record of its proceedings;(3) keep records at its principal office; and(4) provide copies of its regulations to persons regulated by the Board.(c) The Board shall keep a record that, for each application for a license, registration, or permit, shows: (1) the name of the applicant;(2) the place of business or employment of the applicant;(3) the address of the place of business or employment; and(4) the action of the Board on the application.
