Section 5-204 - Quorum; formal actions; meetings; compensation; staff; Executive Director; office(a) A majority of the members then serving on the Board is a quorum.(b) No formal action may be taken by the Board without the approval of a majority of the members of the Board eligible to vote.(c) The Board shall meet at least once a month, at the times and places that the Board determines.(d) Subject to the State budget, each member of the Board is entitled to: (1) a reasonable fee set by the Board for each day on which the member is engaged in the duties of office; and(2) reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations.(e) The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.(f) The Board shall have its principal office in Baltimore City.
