Section 4-504 - Issuance of barbershop and beauty salon permits(a) The Board shall issue a barbershop permit to each applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle.(b) The Board shall issue a barbershop permit and a beauty salon permit to an applicant of a single establishment if the applicant:(1) meets the requirements of: (ii) Title 5 of this article;(2) submits a separate application for each permit; and(3) pays a separate fee for each application.
