(a) The Commission, in accordance with the State budget, may employ:(2) an investigative staff to conduct investigations.(b) While employed by the Commission, an individual may not:(1) be licensed in any state as a real estate appraiser or home inspector;(2) engage in any act for which a license is required under this title; or(3) in connection with any real estate appraisal transaction or home inspection engagement, directly or indirectly receive or become entitled to receive any compensation, fee, or perquisite.
