Section 15-204 - Quorum; meetings; compensation; staff(a) A majority of the authorized membership of the Board is a quorum.(b) The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings.(c) A member of the Board:(1) may not receive compensation; but(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.(d) The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
