Section 12-304.1 - Use of testing service to administer examinations(a) The Board may use a testing service to administer an examination given under this subtitle.(b) If the Board uses a testing service, the testing service, subject to the requirements set by the Board, may: (1) set the time and place of examinations;(2) give qualified applicants notice of the time and place of examinations; and(3) furnish any other information that the Board may require the testing service to provide.(c) An examination shall be given at least once per year in Baltimore City.
