Section 12-102 - Statement of purpose
The purposes of this title are to:
(1) protect the integrity of the potable water supply;(2) provide for the efficient and safe discharge of storm drainage and sanitary drainage; and(3) ensure that qualified individuals carry out items (1) and (2) of this section.
