Section 9-804 - Class C beer and light wine license(a) There is a Class C beer and light wine license.(b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and light wine to a member of a club and a guest of the member, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on- and off-premises consumption.(c) The annual license fee is $150.Added by 2016 Md.
