Section 9-601 - Class A beer license(a) There is a Class A beer license.(b)(1) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer at retail to consumers at the place described in the license.(2) The license holder shall sell the beer in a sealed package or container.(3) The package or container may not be opened and its contents may not be consumed on: (i) the premises where the beer was sold; or(ii) any premises in which the license holder has a direct or indirect interest.(c) The annual license fee is $125.Added by 2016 Md.
