Section 9-2705 - Gambling on premises(a) A license holder may not allow gambling that is prohibited by law on the licensed premises.(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 2 years or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.Added by 2016 Md.
