Section 33-604 - Class D beer license(a) There is a Class D beer license.(b)(1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license authorizes the license holder to sell beer at retail at the place described in the license for on-premises consumption or on- and off-premises consumption.(2) A license may not be issued for a drugstore.(c) The annual license fees are: (1) $325 for a 6-day license; and(2) $450 for a 7-day license.Amended by 2017 Md.
