Section 33-2802 - Penalty imposed by Board(a) The Board may suspend a license or impose a fine not exceeding $4,000 or both for a violation of the alcoholic beverage laws affecting the county.(b) Fines collected under this section shall be paid into the general fund of the county.Added by 2016 Md.
