Section 32-2802 - Penalty imposed by Board(a) The Board may suspend a license or impose a fine not exceeding $5,000 or both for a violation that is cause for suspension under the alcoholic beverage laws affecting the county.(b) Fines collected under this section shall be paid to the director of finance.Added by 2016 Md.
