Section 29-1502 - Issuance of license(a) After the Board approves a license application, the County Supervisor of Tax Collection shall issue the license on payment of the license fee and the fee required by subsection (b) of this section.(b) A license applicant shall pay to the Board a fee of $350 to cover the costs of: (1) the notice required under § 29-1504 of this subtitle; and(2) processing the application.Added by 2016 Md.
