Section 28-403 - On-site consumption permit(a) The Board may grant an on-site consumption permit for use at the location of the Class 1 distillery license to a holder of a Class 1 distillery license in the county.(b) An application for a permit shall be made at least 30 days before the day when the permit is to take effect.(c) The annual permit fee is $650.Added by 2021 Md.
