Section 28-206 - Inspector(a) The Board shall appoint an inspector.(b) An inspector shall: (1) possess the power of a peace officer in the State arising out of or relating to the enforcement of this article; and(2) carry out the duties that the Board requires.(c) The County Commissioners shall set the salary of the inspector.Added by 2016 Md.
