Section 28-1309 - Class C per diem licenses(a) There is: (1) a Class C per diem beer license;(2) a Class C per diem beer and wine license; and(3) a Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license.(b) The Board may: (1) issue a license to a: (i) religious, fraternal, civic, veterans', or charitable organization, association, club, or society; or(ii) hospital supporting organization; and(2) impose conditions on the license.(c) The period for which a license under this section may be issued is: (1) for a Class C per diem beer license, not longer than 10 days;(2) for a Class C per diem beer and wine license, 1 day; and(3) for a Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license, 1 day.(d) A license holder may purchase the alcoholic beverages to be sold under the license from a retail dealer.(e) The license holder may hold another license of a different class or nature.Amended by 2019 Md.
