Section 26-404 - Class B-MB/22 license(a) There is a Class B-MB/22 license in the county.(b) The license may be issued only to a holder of a Class 7 micro-brewery license in the 22nd legislative district.(c) The license authorizes the holder to sell liquor by the drink for on-premises consumption.(d) A license holder may also hold a Class D license.(e) The annual license fee is $1,090.Added by 2016 Md.
