Section 26-1410 - Refund of license fees(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, a refund of any part of a license fee is not allowed.(b)(1) A license fee refund may be made on the death of the license holder before the license expires.(2) A personal representative may apply for a refund.Added by 2016 Md.
