Section 26-1307 - Beer and wine tasting license(a) There is a beer and wine tasting license.(b) The Board may issue the license to a holder of a beer and wine (BW) license or a beer, wine, and liquor (BWL) license.(c) The license authorizes the holder to allow, for tasting, the consumption of: (2) wine containing not more than 15.5% of alcohol by volume.(d) A license holder may serve to an individual a quantity of not more than: (1) 1 ounce from each offering of wine; or(2) 3 ounces from each offering of beer.(e) The Board shall set the annual license fee.Added by 2016 Md.
