Section 25-1609 - Bowling alley, billiard hall, and drugstore restrictions(a) The Board may not issue: (1) a Class H beer and wine license: (i) for use in conjunction with, on the site of, or to a restaurant in a drugstore; or(ii) for use in an establishment with a door, an archway, an opening, or other passageway providing direct public access to a drugstore; or(2) a Class D license:(i) for use in conjunction with, on the site of, or to a bowling alley, billiard hall, or drugstore;(ii) for use in an establishment with a door, an archway, an opening, or other passageway providing direct public access to a bowling alley, billiard hall, or drugstore; or(iii) for use in conjunction with, on the site of, or to a restaurant in a bowling alley, billiard hall, or drugstore.(b) This section does not apply to a drugstore or adjoining establishment that on July 1, 1969: (1) held a Class D license; and(2) had a door, an archway, an opening, or other passageway providing direct public access to any drugstore.Amended by 2018 Md.
