Section 25-1104 - Refillable container permit - Wine(a) The Board may issue a refillable container permit for wine to a holder of a license that entitles the holder to sell wine for off-premises consumption.(b) The Board shall issue the permit at no cost to the applicant.Added by 2016 Md.
