Section 24-2002 - Beer licenses(a) A holder of a Class A beer license may sell beer from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(b) A holder of a Class B beer license may sell beer from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(d) A holder of a Class D beer license may sell beer from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.Amended by 2018 Md.
