Section 24-101 - Definitions(a) In this title: (1)(i) the definitions in § 1-101(b) through (y) and (aa) through (hh) of this article apply without exception or variation; and(ii) the definition of "restaurant" in § 1-101(z) of this article applies, subject to § 24-104 of this subtitle; and(2) the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Board" means the Board of License Commissioners for Kent County.(c) "County" means Kent County.
