Section 23-2802 - Penalty imposed by Board(a) The Board may impose a fine not exceeding $2,000 for each offense or suspend a license or both for a violation that is cause for suspension of a license.(b) Fines collected under this section shall be paid into the general fund of the county.Added by 2016 Md.
