Section 21-1504 - Additional bar or serving counter(a) The Board may authorize a license holder to install an additional bar or serving counter within a reasonable distance of the main building of the licensed premises.(b) The Board shall determine what is a reasonable distance for an additional bar or serving counter.(c) An additional license is not required for an additional bar or serving counter.Renumbered from § - 21-1506 by 2019 Md.
