Section 20-804 - Class C beer and wine license(a) There is a Class C beer and wine license.(b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine to a member of a club and a guest of the member, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on-premises consumption.(c) The annual license fee is $70.Renumbered by 2017 Md.
