Section 19-904 - Class D beer, wine, and liquor license(a) There is a Class D beer, wine, and liquor license.(b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at retail at the place described in the license for on-premises consumption.(c) In accordance with § 4-202 of this article, the Board may limit the number of Class D beer, wine, and liquor licenses to be issued.(d) The license may not be issued for use by a drugstore.(e) The Board shall adopt regulations to carry out this section.(f) The annual license fee is $1,500.Added by 2016 Md.
