Section 18-2004 - Beer, wine, and liquor licenses(a) A holder of a Class A beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor for off-premises consumption: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and(2) on Sunday, from 6 a.m. to midnight.(b) A holder of a Class B-BLX (luxury restaurant), B-H (hotel), B-N (nightclub), B-R (restaurant), B-RB (restaurant/bar), or B-T (tavern) beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor:(1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and(2) on Sunday, from 6 a.m. to midnight.(c) A holder of a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and(2) on Sunday, from 6 a.m. to midnight.(d) A holder of a Class D beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and(2) on Sunday, from 6 a.m. to midnight.(e)(1) The part of a premises where alcoholic beverages are sold or displayed may be open only during the hours of sale for alcoholic beverages set out in subsections (a) through (d) of this section.(2) A license holder with an on-sale license shall remove all bottles and containers from the table on or before the closing time set out in subsections (a) through (d) of this section.(f) A license holder may sell nonalcoholic items:(1) on Monday through Saturday, from 5 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and(2) on Sunday, from 6 a.m. to midnight.(g) A person that violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment or a fine not exceeding $250 or both.Added by 2016 Md.
