Section 16-604 - Class D beer license(a) There is a Class D beer license.(b)(1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license authorizes the license holder to sell beer at retail: (i) at the place described in the license for on-premises consumption; and(ii) at the discretion of the board, for off-premises consumption.(2) A license may not be issued for a drugstore.(c) The annual license fee is $250.Amended by 2019 Md.
