Section 16-403 - Class 4 limited winery license(a) This section applies to a Class 4 limited winery license in the county.(b) A holder of a Class 4 limited winery license that applies for a Class A wine license under § 16-701 of this title is exempt from any license population quota limitation established under § 16-1601 of this title.Added by 2016 Md.
