Section 15-1102 - Refillable container permit - Draft beer(a) The Board may issue a refillable container permit for draft beer to a holder of a Class B or Class H license.(b) The hours of sale for a refillable container permit begin at the same time for the underlying license and end at midnight.(c) The annual permit fee is $500.Added by 2016 Md.
