Section 14-1802 - Filing period for renewal application(a) To renew a license, the license holder annually shall file an application with the Board between April 1 and May 1, inclusive.(b) A license renewal application that the Board receives on or after July 1 is subject to a late fine of $50 for each day the application is late, up to a maximum amount of $500.Added by 2016 Md.
