Section 12-1103 - Special amusement permit(a) There is a special amusement permit.(b) The Board may grant the permit to a holder of a Class D beer, wine, and liquor license who regularly specializes in the entertainment of customers by providing approved types of amusement, such as: (3) music that is other than recorded music or radio programs;(c) The permit holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor at the hours that the Board specifies.(d) The Board may not issue a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license for an establishment that provides entertainment under subsection (b) of this section unless the Board finds that the establishment is a restaurant.(e) In addition to the annual fee for a Class D beer, wine, and liquor license, the annual permit fee is $750.(f) The Board shall adopt regulations for issuing the permit to carry out this section.Added by 2016 Md.
