Section 10-203 - Regulations(a) The Mayor and City Council of the City may adopt regulations that in their judgment give the City more effective control of each licensed establishment.(b) The regulations: (1) may be added to or substituted for provisions of this article; but(2) may not be inconsistent with those provisions.Added by 2016 Md.
