Section 3-303 - Filing fee and endorsement(a) An applicant shall pay to the Executive Director a fee of $20, in addition to the costs of publication and notice, when filing an application for the transfer of a license.(b) The Executive Director shall endorse on the license the transfer of the license if the applicant has paid the fee required under subsection (a) of this section.Amended by 2023 Md.
