Section 1-301 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Carrier" includes a transportation agent.(c)(1) "Consignee" means a person selling farm products on commission.(2) "Consignee" includes an agent, factor, and commission merchant.
