Section 58-23-1690 - Fees(A) The Office of Regulatory Staff may assess each TNC an annual fee in an amount necessary to permit the Office of Regulatory Staff to carry out the requirements of this article.(B) The annual assessment of fees will be pursuant to Section 58-4-60(B).Added by 2015 S.C.
