Section 50-11-25 - Prohibition on taking migratory waterfowl from certain blinds or positions; construction and use of blinds; penalties(A) It is unlawful to take migratory waterfowl from blinds or positions where the floor level of the blind or the position is:(1) more than ten feet above surface level in or around freshwater; or(2) more than five feet above the mean high water in or around saltwater.(B) A blind on public lands or waters must be constructed from biodegradable materials.(C) Once vacated, a blind on public lands or waters may be used by persons on a "first come, first served" basis.(D) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not more than two hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days.1993 Act No. 181, Section 1262; 1992 Act No. 345, Section 1.
