Section 44-70-50 - Prohibition on transfer or assignment of license; suspension or revocation
A license to operate as an in-home care provider is:
(1) not transferable or assignable; and(2) subject to suspension or revocation for failure to comply with a provision of this chapter or regulations promulgated by the department.
