Section 40-81-380 - Referee licensesIn order to be licensed as a referee, an applicant:
(1) shall submit a completed application with payment of the prescribed fee;(2) shall successfully pass a commission-approved written examination. A referee who has a license in good standing in this or any other state or jurisdiction may obtain a South Carolina license without taking and passing the commission-approved written examination;(3) shall submit a statement annually from a licensed physician indicating that the applicant is physically able to perform the duties of a referee.2003 Act No. 28, Section 1.
