Section 40-47-915 - Application of articleThis article does not apply to a person:
(1) who is employed as a PA by the United States Government, where such services are provided solely under the direction or control of the United States Government;(2) pursuing a course of study leading to a degree or certificate to practice as a physician assistant in a program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, or its successor agency, provided, however, the person must be clearly identified by a badge or other adornment with that person's name and the words "Physician Assistant Student" clearly legible.
