Section 40-30-130 - Examination(A) An applicant who fails an examination pursuant to Section 40-30-110 may be reexamined as provided by the board.(B) Upon an applicant's successful completion of an examination, the board shall be notified by the examination provider.Amended by 2022 S.C.
