Section 38-72-80 - Severability; application of chapter(A) If a provision of this chapter or the application of it to a person or circumstance is for any reason held to be invalid, the remainder of the chapter and the application of the provisions to other persons or circumstances is not affected.(B) The requirements of this chapter apply to policies delivered or issued for delivery in this State on or after its effective date.2008 Act No. 274, Section 6, eff 6/4/2008; 1988 Act No. 466, Section 8.
