Section 12-28-1595 - Unauthorized sale or use of dyed diesel fuel prohibited(A) No person may sell or hold for sale dyed diesel fuel for any use that the person knows or has reason to know is not a use of the diesel fuel not subject to the user fee.(B) No person may use or hold for use dyed diesel fuel for a use other than a use not subject to the user fee if the person knew or had reason to know, that the diesel fuel was so dyed.1995 Act No. 136, Section 2.
