Section 533D.5 - Change in circumstances - notification of superintendentA licensee is to notify the superintendent in writing within thirty days of the occurrence of a material development affecting the licensee, including, but not limited to, any of the following:
1. Filing for bankruptcy or reorganization.2. Reorganization of the business.3. Commencement of license revocation or any other civil or criminal proceedings by any other state or jurisdiction.4. The filing of a criminal indictment or complaint against the licensee or any of the licensee's officers, directors, shareholders, partners, members, employees, or agents.5. A felony conviction against the licensee or any of the licensee's officers, directors, shareholders, partners, members, employees, or agents.
