Section 521J.10 - Excess workers' compensation insurance1. A captive company may provide excess workers' compensation insurance to the captive company's parent and affiliated companies unless the laws of the state that has jurisdiction over the transaction prohibits the captive company from providing excess workers' compensation insurance.2.
