The three departments shall jointly prepare and submit to the governor and the general assembly not later than January 15 of each year a complete report in an electronic format detailing all of the following:
1. The receipts and expenditures of the trust fund and its accounts, a summary of initiatives supported by trust fund moneys, the results of those expenditures, any performance goals or measurements, and plans for future short-term or long-term expenditures.2.
